References to a “creator” within these Terms refer to GoodBoyDarko, unless otherwise stated.

GoodBoyDarko.Fans may introduce additional creators or creator functionality in the future. If this occurs, these Terms may be updated accordingly.

Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using GoodBoyDarko.Fans, you agree to comply with these Terms and any other policies referenced by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered customers and subscribers. Additional terms may apply to specific products, services, promotions, subscriptions, or Shop purchases.

  • Subscriber-only content.
  • Paid content.
  • Shop purchases.
  • Custom content requests.
  • Messaging.
  • Wallet functionality.

Customers cannot currently use the platform to:

  • Create their own creator profile.
  • Sell their own subscriptions.
  • Sell their own content.
  • Offer their own Shop products.
  • Receive creator payments.
  • Publish content for other users to purchase.

We may introduce creator accounts or additional platform functionality in the future.

Content Provided by GoodBoyDarko
Content available through GoodBoyDarko.Fans may be provided by GoodBoyDarko.

Content may include:

  • Photos.
  • Videos.
  • Posts.
  • Subscriber-only content.
  • Purchased content.
  • Custom content.
  • Other digital content made available through the platform.

Content availability may vary depending on your subscription, purchase, or the feature through which the content is provided.

Paid and Subscriber Content

  • Some content may only be available to users who have an active subscription or have purchased the applicable content.
  • When you purchase access to content, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access that content through GoodBoyDarko.Fans.
    Purchasing content does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

Unless expressly permitted, you must not:

  • Copy paid content.
  • Redistribute paid content.
  • Resell paid content.
  • Share paid content with other people.
  • Upload paid content to another website.
  • Publish paid content elsewhere.
  • Use paid content commercially.
  • Circumvent access restrictions.

Attempt to bypass technical protections.

Subscriptions
GoodBoyDarko.Fans may offer subscriptions that provide access to subscriber-only content and features.

Subscription prices and available subscription periods will be displayed on the platform.

Customers may purchase subscriptions using:

  • An available payment method provided at checkout; or
  • Available credit in their GoodBoyDarko.Fans wallet.

Before purchasing, you should review the displayed subscription price, subscription period, and included features. Subscription access is generally available for the purchased subscription period.

Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may be paid using available account wallet credit or, where supported, an available automatic payment method. Depending on the subscription and payment method selected, your subscription may automatically renew at the end of the purchased subscription period. If automatic renewal is enabled, the applicable payment method may be charged for the next subscription period.

You can cancel an automatically renewing subscription before the next renewal date through your account settings. Once cancelled, your subscription will normally remain active until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling a subscription does not provide a refund for unused subscription time, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.


Subscription Price Changes
Subscription prices may change from time to time. The applicable price will be displayed before a new purchase. Where a price change affects an existing recurring subscription, we will provide any notice required by applicable law.

Wallet Credit
GoodBoyDarko.Fans may provide a wallet system that allows customers to add credit to their account.

Wallet credit may be used for eligible purchases on the platform, including:

  • Subscriptions
  • Shop purchases
  • Custom content

Other eligible products or services.

Wallet Balance
Your available wallet balance may be displayed within your account. Wallet credit may be deducted when you use it for an eligible purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that your wallet contains sufficient credit before attempting to make a purchase using your wallet. If a transaction fails or is cancelled due to a technical issue, the applicable amount may be returned to your wallet where appropriate.

Referral Program
GoodBoyDarko.Fans may offer a referral program that allows customers to refer new users to the platform. Eligible customers may receive 10% of the eligible earnings generated through their successful referrals, subject to the conditions of the referral program.

To participate, customers may be provided with a unique referral link that can be shared with others.

Referral Requirements

To qualify for referral earnings:

  • The referred person must register through the customer's unique referral link.
  • The referral must meet any applicable eligibility requirements.
  • Referral earnings must be generated from qualifying activity on GoodBoyDarko.Fans.
  • The referring customer's account must remain in good standing.
  • Referral activity must be genuine and must not involve fraud, abuse, or manipulation.

Minimum Payout
Referral earnings must reach a minimum balance of $50 USD before a payout can be requested. Referral earnings below $50 USD will remain on the customer's account until the minimum payout threshold is reached, subject to the terms of the referral program.

Referral Payouts
Referral earnings will be paid using a payment method made available by GoodBoyDarko.Fans. Available payout methods may change from time to time. Customers will be informed of the available payout options when requesting a payout. Any applicable payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges associated with receiving a payout may apply.

Referral Abuse

Customers must not:

  • Create fake or duplicate accounts to generate referral earnings.
  • Refer themselves using another account.
  • Use fraudulent or misleading methods to generate referrals.
  • Spam referral links.
  • Misrepresent GoodBoyDarko.Fans or its services.
  • Attempt to manipulate the referral system.
  • Use automated methods to generate referrals.

We may withhold, reverse, or remove referral earnings that we reasonably believe were generated through fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity. We may suspend or terminate referral privileges or the customer's account if the referral program is abused.

Changes to the Referral Program
GoodBoyDarko.Fans may change, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time, subject to any applicable legal requirements. Any changes to referral rates, eligibility requirements, minimum payout amounts, or available payout methods may be communicated through the platform

Shop
GoodBoyDarko.Fans may provide a Shop where customers can purchase products, digital content, services, custom content, or other offerings.

Each Shop listing may include information such as:

  • Price.
  • Description.
  • Requirements.
  • Delivery information.
  • Expected completion information.
  • Other applicable conditions.

Customers should review the information provided on a Shop listing before completing a purchase.

Custom Content Requests
Customers may be able to request custom content through the Shop. The availability of custom content depends on what is offered through the Shop at the time. A custom content request may include specific requirements or instructions provided by GoodBoyDarko.

Custom content requests may be subject to:

  • Availability.
  • Approval.
  • The listed price.
  • Request requirements.
  • Content restrictions.
  • Completion requirements.

A request is not necessarily accepted simply because it has been submitted. If a request cannot be accepted or fulfilled, the applicable transaction will be handled in accordance with the applicable Shop or refund terms and any rights provided by law.

Custom Content Restrictions
Customers must not request custom content that:

  • Is illegal.
  • Involves minors.
  • Involves non-consensual activity.
  • Involves another person without appropriate consent.
  • Violates these Terms.
  • Violates applicable law.
  • Violates our content rules.

We may decline any custom content request where permitted by law.

Custom Content Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed, custom content created by GoodBoyDarko remains the intellectual property of the person who created it. Purchasing custom content does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership to the customer. Customers receive access for personal use unless additional rights are expressly granted. Customers must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or commercially exploit custom content without permission.

Purchases and Payments
Customers may purchase subscriptions, wallet credit, Shop products, custom content, and other paid services using the payment methods made available on GoodBoyDarko.Fans.

Available payment methods may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Location.
  • Currency.
  • Payment provider.
  • Transaction type.
  • Availability of a particular payment service.

The total price of a purchase will be displayed before the transaction is completed. By completing a purchase, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the transaction. All prices displayed on GoodBoyDarko.Fans are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise clearly stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription prices.
  • Shop prices.
  • Custom content prices.
  • Wallet credit purchases.
  • Other products and services offered through the platform.

Your payment provider or financial institution may convert the USD amount into your local currency. Any currency conversion, exchange rate, international transaction fee, or other charge applied by your bank or payment provider is your responsibility. The amount charged by GoodBoyDarko.Fans will be the USD amount displayed at the time of purchase, subject to any applicable taxes or charges required by law.

Promotions and Promotional Offers
GoodBoyDarko.Fans may occasionally offer promotions, discounts, promotional credits, referral bonuses, promo codes, or other special offers.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including:

Any promotional credit, discount, or bonus may be removed if it was obtained through fraud, abuse, manipulation, or a violation of these Terms.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Third-party payment providers may have their own:

A payment may be declined, delayed, reversed, or restricted by a payment provider.

Refunds

  • Lose interest in the platform after making a purchase.

Where appropriate, we may provide a technical resolution or other remedy at our discretion. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any consumer guarantee, statutory right, or other right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was made incorrectly, we encourage you to contact GoodBoyDarko.Fans support before initiating a chargeback where reasonably possible. Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargebacks may result in account restrictions or termination. Nothing in this section limits rights that you have under applicable law.

Messaging
GoodBoyDarko.Fans may provide messaging functionality that allows customers to communicate with GoodBoyDarko. Messaging must be used responsibly.

You must not use messaging features to:

  • Harass or threaten.
  • Send spam.
  • Conduct scams.
  • Commit fraud.

  Platform Availability
We aim to keep GoodBoyDarko.Fans available and operational, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be:
